It is the first time Blackbaud has had a global sales position.The Charleston, S.C.-based nonprofit software company also hired Jeff Moses as VP of sales for its general markets group. He was previously with Informatica from July 2105 through this month where he was SVP and GM of Informatica Cloud. Before that, Moses worked for SAP from August 2007 through July 2015. During his last seven month there, Moses served as COO for customer engagement and commerce for the Americas. He held executive positions with the software vendor's cloud operations for much of his career with the Germany-based software company

Blackbaud signaled plans for worldwide growth with the promotion this month of Patrick Hodges as SVP global sales. Hodges, who joined the company in 2001, was previously VP of sales and was named to the senior leadership team, reporting to CEO Mike Gianoni.
