SuitePeople will offer core HR capabilities, HR analytics and compliance. There is also unified access to information because of NetSuite's unified data model, the company said. The analytical capabilities offer pre-built reports and dashboards, including a chief people officer dashboard. Role-based security features are utilized and the company says that the NetSuite interface "give employees a familiar experience that speeds adoption and training." On the financials side, the company announced Intercompany Journal Entry, GL Impact Locking, FX Revaluation Sustainability. NetSuite says it also simplified revenue recognition and billing with Advanced Revenue Management, Billing Price Books, Improved Performance and Ease of Use when Running Charges, Time Rejection Note and Time Threshold Improvements.
