The deal puts Fort Worth, Texas-based ECI in a new line of business, which provides management services and software for print devices, along with services to dealers, distributors, and manufacturers in the imaging industry. Chris McFarlane will continue to serve as president of PrintFleet within ECi’s Field Service Division. The acquired products include PrintFleet Link, Vision, Enterprise, Corporate and QuickAssess software.
