ZENITH INFOTECH OPENS ZENITH UNIVERSITY
Zenith Infotech has opened Zenith University, a Web-based, interactive learning management system, for its managed service channel members. ZU will give the access to training on the complete line of Zenith’s backup and disaster recovery and remote monitoring and management systems. There are more than 40 courses online with plans to add more regularly. Subjects include the virtualization of failed servers, mastering Zenith’s managed services infrastructure, configuring portals and general troubleshooting.
There are three content levels. These are basic, open to all enrollees based on an evaluation period; Managed Services Infrastructure content, available to all partners who request enrollment key; and Business Continuity content, available after the participant enrolls in new Zenith Certified Partner Reseller program
