Chase has worked with SWK as a consultant on Sage FAS projects and has become practice manager for SWK’s fixed asset consulting practice. FAC also markets eFormatter, cloud-based middleware software that can extract data from any system or report and convert it to a standard file format.

SWK Technologies has acquired Fixed Asset Consulting of Eugene and Portland, Ore. The company has been led by CEO Angie Chase since March 2012. No terms were disclosed and Chase’s LinkedIn page shows she joined East Hanover, N.J.-based SWK in January.
