“Our Salesforce partners are turning out to be a great addition to the mix,” says Ehmen. “They are diversifying their portfolios beyond CRM.” He also noted the need to add larger VARs to handle Enterprise Management (formerly X-3). “Our growth is going to come from an expanded ecosystem,” Ehmen says. Resellers on the high-end will need skills in markets served by software publishers such as SAP with applications that have multi-national and multi-lingual capabilities. Playing at that level "requires more rigor, discipline and quality of consulting,” Ehmen says.
