Its employees will report to Jeff Ralyea, ECi’s manufacturing division president. KnowledgeSync is already used in products in ECI’s manufacturing and field service division. Vineyardsoft products are sold through more than 150 reseller and OEMs, which include ECi and Sage. ECI noted its channel will continue to sell Knowledgesync with its capabilities extended to its customer base.
