W-Systems, based in Ramsey, N.J., has been named Global Reseller of the Year by SugarCRM. The VAR was also picked as Regional Reseller of the Year for North America, one of four global winners. Sugar has named Polar Strategy as Global Reseller Rookie of the Year. Latvian-based iT Sapiens, which markets analytical reporting tools for Sugar, was picked as Software Technology Partner of the Year.
