QURIUS GETS FUNDS, SEEKS NEW DIRECTION
Qurius, one of the top Dynamics VARs in Europe, has struggled through much of the last year. It halted payment on debt last year and then caught up by using proceeds from a subsidiary it sold. And it lost money for 2009. The company has now formed an International Leadership team to design a new strategy.
The company said the team has invested about $1.7 million in the reseller. The 23-member team is comprised by members of its executive board and senior managers from its country operations. The group purchased 4,729730 shares on March 29 in making the investment. those shares will be subject to a three-year lock up. Qurius was the Dynamics Worldwide Partner of the Year in 2007.
