No one can accuse Timothy Williams of hurrying to leave Blackbaud, where he has served as CFO for 10 years. Williams has announced he will leave the Charleston, S.C.-based nonprofit vendor next year after a replacement is found. The company said it will evaluate internal and external candidates and start a search process this year. Williams' total compensation for 2010 is $841,496, which is down significantly from a couple of years ago largely because of a decrease in bonuses during the current economic problems.
