ALFAPEOPLE NAMES VITAK DIRECTOR
AlfaPeople, which specializes in the retail market, has named David Vitak as partner and director of product management for its operations in the United States. Vitak was director of product management and marketing at Navision and Damgaard and was a key player when Navision began building its channel in this country. AlfaPeople says Vitak, based in the Atlanta area, has been in involved in several large store-focused implementations as the chief architect and pre-sales lead.
AlfaPeople concentrates its efforts on marketing Dynamics AX for Retail and opened its U.S. operations earlier this year. Vitak’s LinkedIn profile shows he spent the past four years as solutions architect with Avanade. In the ancient history of this business, Vitak also worked with Macdonald Consulting Group.
