Qlik Technologies has named
Tim MacCarrick as chief financial officer to replace William Sorenson, who announced in February his plans to leave the company for personal reasons. MacCarrick, whose new position is effective July 1, was previously COO of global vendor finance for De Lage Landen International, a position he took in January 2011. He joined that company in June 2010.
Before that he served as CFO of the Crane Co. and prior to that spent 23 years in executive positions at Xerox. The business analytics software company also hired Diane Adams as chief people officer, replacing Paul Farmer, who had held that position since September 2011. Adams was EVP for culture and talent at Allscripts, which provides a variety of products and services to the healthcare industry, from 2009 through 2013. She was VP of human resources at Cisco from 1995 through 2009.
