SIKICH BUYS PFK NAV BIZ
Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas has sold its Dynamics NAV practice to Sikich, headquartered in Naperville, Ill. The move takes Houston, Texas-based PKF out of the mid-market ERP VAR business and the deal also includes PKF's Dynamics CRM business. CPA Greg Price and eight members of the NAV team stay in Houston as part of Sikich.
Price has had a somewhat high profile in the CPA technology community and for several years published a blog “From Greg’s Head.” PKF has replaced that and the old URL now redirects to a new blog, “The CPA Desk.” Price, who became a partner with Sikich, was with PKF from October 1999 through last month. Both Sikich and PKF were members of Partner Power International, a consortium of Microsoft resellers.
