The CEO of KeyedIn is Lauri Klaus, who was formerly EVP of worldwide sales for Epicor Software before its acquisition and merger with Activant. Several former Epicor VPs ended up at KeyedIn after the Activant management took over most executive jobs at the company now called Epicor Software. While the deal is the first for KeyedIn in the accounting space, it has been active in expanding its reach through alliances. It has used alliances to move into Italy, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Russia and Europe in general, this year.
INTACCT AND KEYEDIN ALLY Featured
Intacct has allied with KeyedIn Solutions to integrate the latter's cloud-based project management software into Intacct. It was the first time KeyedIn, based in Minneapolis, Minn., has partnered with an accounting software vendor. Along with San Jose, Calif.-based Intacct, the integration is designed for professional services and project-based businesses. The integration will include Intacct Project Accounting.
