Solugenix CEO Shashi Jasthi, touted his company's Dynamics AX implementation and support capabilities combined with Dynamics experience of the SBS Group. The SBS Group is one of three Dynamics Master VARs. It also carries Acumatica, Dynamics GP, SL, NAV, Sage 500, AX appears to have been the only midmarket financial product carried by Solugenix. The company has six offices in the United States and Canada and two in India.

The SBS Group, an Edison, N.J.-based reseller, has acquired the Dynamics AX practice from Irvine, based Calif.-Solugenix. According to SBS the acquisition makes it one of the few channel with an AX help desk and in-house development resources. Solugenix will continue to provide application lifecycle management, enterprise business support and professional staffing solutions not related to Dynamics AX.
