The program launched officially this month, but there were some early birds in a pilot, including Earnest & Associates of Glen Burnie, Md. Founded in 2001 by CEO Matt Hartman, the software company is headquartered in Findlay, Ohio, the legendary home of Solomon Software. The new program has Preferred, Authorized, Industry and Affiliate partners, along with Referral Partners, who do what the name suggests. Affiliates do business outside the United States. Preferred organizations are full-fledged resellers while Authorized firms offer core functions "while leveraging additional resources direct from Tour de Force, Inc." the company says on its website. Industry Partners target verticals by configuring the software for various businesses. Ledyard spent slightly more than 12 years at Microsoft and was a partner account manager. He then joined Dublin, Ohio-based Socius where he was director of marketing from July 2010 through January 2014. Until August last year, he served as the VAR's director of strategic alliances and his duties included sales and marketing for the firm's Dynamics Master VAR program.
