The best performer was the to-be-spun off Retail Solutions, whose revenue hit $36.8 million, up 14.3 percent from $32.2 million. Retail Distribution revenue of $59.3 million dropped 2.4 percent from $60.8 million in the period a year ago. The company said lower software license sales combined with foreign exchange rate impact pushed down the ERP totals but that was offset by an increase of $1.2 million in software and cloud subscriptions revenues. Craig McCollum, head of the retail distribution business, is getting the job of EVP for the Americas, which combines ERP and Retail Distribution. Epicor also hired Jeff Kissling to the new job of chief technology officer while the global support organization and customer care initiatives are being headed by Ian Ashby. Now SVP of global support, he previously headed support in EMEA and the Asia Pacific.
