In his last job there, he served as VP of sales, marketing and services for Latin America from July 2007 through September 2009. Walsh worked at SRSoft from November through August 2009 where he served as CFO for slightly less than two years. He worked as EVP of strategy and corporate development for three months in 2013 and maintained that title, while also holding the title of interim CEO, from November 2013 through September 2014. He held executive positions with IMS Health from April 1997 through November 2010. LinkedIn profiles show Walsh joined Sovos in April and Zupsic in July. Sovos was formed in December through the combination of three portfolio companies of Vista Equity Partners—Compliance Systems, Taxware, and VAT Resource.

Indirect tax specialist Sovos Compliance has hired Andy Zupsic as COO and Jack Walsh as CFO. Zupsic was most recently SVP of global field operations of Progress Software from April 2012 through September 2014. Before that he was SVP of Americas enterprise sales for Juniper Networks from September 2009 through April 2012. From 1999 through September 2009, he worked at Microsoft.
