The proposed merger of SilverSun Technologies, parent of reseller, SWK Technologies, and bitminer, Rhodium has opened the door for the companies to see other partners. Other new provisions of the merger agreement add barriers to completing the merger.

 Avalara will hold a new partner conference, Fuse, on November 14 through 16. The sales-tax software company is also expected to detail a new partner program at the event in Boca Raton, Fla., at The Boca Raton resort.

 Insightsoftware has acquired Vizlib, a company based in the United Kingdom. Vizlib makes applications for data visualization extensions for QlikSense from Qlik Technologies.
