SAP is seeking new organizations to sell its high-profile cloud product, Business ByDesign.  Michael Schmitt, the new sheriff in the ByD town says, "We are talking to a lot of partners to activate them, motivate and come along with them." The question asked at the SAP SME Summit this week was how the giant software will do that after much of the channel felt burned by SAP's repositioning the product upstream,

Oracle added at least 1,000 NetSuite customers during the second quarter ended November 30. In its earnings report this week, the software company said it had more than 16,000 NetSuite ERP customers.

RSM is carrying three lines of cloud financial software. However, worldwide Oracle NetSuite is the product of choice.  “We have established NetSuite as our go-to global platform,” Steve Ems, principal and national business applications leader for RSM US, said recently.

Dynamics Communities, which hosts the Summit user group conferences, will hold Collaborate Canada in five cities next month. Each will be a one-day event designed to provide attendees with a variety of Dynamics product knowledge.
