CRM vendor SugarCRM has hired Melissa Sargeant as its new chief marketing officer. She replaced company co-founder Clint Oram, who now serves as chief strategy officer and head of corporate development.

HighJump Ship, a shipping application for small parcel and less-than-truckload shipments has been enhanced to support shipments originating outside of the U.S. and Canada. Minneapolis, Minn.-based HighJump said this month the software supports more than 200 additional national and regional parcel carriers in more than 70 countries.
