CDC Software's strange story continues as the company, via its chief restructuring officer, is seeking block the sale of subsidiaries, Ross Systems and Tradebeam, via a motion for a preliminary injunction. CDC Software, operating under Chapter 11, said the units represent 28 percent of sales.Read more...
