Other features include the AI-powered Epicor Virtual Agent, available to both ERP and Prophet21 users, and Epicor Service Pro; Epicor Function, which the company termed “the Next Generation of Epicor BMS". Epicor said it is also using its Kinetic Design framework on more applications in the ERP Suite. These include EpicorMobile Warehouse, Data Discovery and Collaborate. Service Pro’s capabilities include customer equipment asset tracking, warranty and contract management, maintenance scheduling and staffing, mobile field service real-time service data reports, inspections and segments and finally, Epicor ERP integration. In addition, Epicor has opened cloud datacenters in Australia and Canada to support its software.
