In 2018, Xero acquired Hubdoc, which captures information from bills and receipts. The integration provides a streamlined set up, single sign-on and access from within Xero, the company said. Xero also introduced Xero Tax in the United Kingdom. Xero Tax, free to accountants and bookkeepers in the U.K., offers fixed asset integration, multi-user review and e-signing. It also offers Xero hotlinks to help identify transactions that may require correction from within the accounts production.
