Western says 365HB provides the ability to analyze data, forecast trends and drill down into details with visualized Power BI reports and dashboards while pre-configured general ledger accounts are used to create an integrated statement. Among other features are insurance tracking, built-in MICR checks, embedded bank draw management and automated lien waiver processes. Budget and forecasting features automatically update pricing and capture multiple option changes with dynamic estimation tracking back to the design phase. The system connects to the Building Information Model, enabling users to order  final bills of materials.
