Microsoft describes SCP as an open extensible platform that can manage data for products such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Overhaul, C.H. Robinson, FedEx, FourKites. The Platform utilizes mixed reality and Teams capabilities for collaboration. Sustainability scoreboards help users make data decisions about supply chain changes to improve their metrics and further sustainability goals. There are also new process advisor capabilities in Power Automate to identify bottlenecks in process and efficiencies via low-code automation.  That enhancement is based on technology acquired by Microsoft when it purchased Minit, which made process mining technology, earlier this year.  That technology was used to introduced templates for customers to derive insights from cloud flowers in Power Automate and insights from Microsoft Power Virtual Agents and systems of record such as SAP.
