Speaking at Epicor’s recent insights conference, CFO Bill Wilson said the product is “Very Kinetic friendly” and “just needed productization” from Epicor. Kinetic is Epicor’s new cloud-based ERP line. Wilson pictured the field service title as a “hidden gem” the deal brought in. Field Service will integrate both with Kinetic and with Prophet 21, the company’s distribution management software. Features will include mobile field service, the dispatching of work orders and Evron’s original product included Advanced Field Service for Acumatica and field service for the Epicor ERP line, but not for Kinetic. The Epicor version’s modules included Dispatch, Resource Tracking, Work Order Management, Service Contract Management and Map Integration, along with supporting mobile devices.
