On the ESG front, the latest release has offers improved capabilities for measuring Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions while the Eco footprint capability supports regulatory reporting in the ERP area and advanced remote assistance is designed to reduce downtime and eliminate travel to site in Service Management.
