The system can convert PDFs of vendor bills into Gravity Vouchers. The process is based on the Microsoft Cognitive Services AI engine. Gravity notes it also provides a dedicated email address to which vendors can submit invoices. The features are available immediately to Gravity users with additional fees applying to the AI-powered invoice processing. Gravity said the Microsoft AI engine “ensures remarkably accurate data extraction, reducing the risk of errors associated with manual data entry.” The company also bills the new process as cost effective by minimizing and in addition says the system provides transparency as “Precise vouchers generated at the click of a button ensure transparency and compliance in the AP process.”
