DSD Business Systems was the top reseller in cloud sales for Sage through July 31. The category is one of two Sage uses in selecting Sage Platinum Elite partners for its fiscal year, which ends on September 30.

The other category is Growth in Annual Recurring Revenue, led by the Nextec Group. DSD came No 13 for ARR and Nextec did not hit the top 10 in cloud sales so one of the notable performances was from RKL eSolutions, which is No 2 in both lists. What is interesting is the performance of the six members of the Sage Advocate program, selected earlier this year to work with smaller Sage VARs.  SWK Technologies and Blytheco did not make either list. Net at Work was No. 3 in cloud sales—the only Advocate member in the top 10—and No. 16 in ARR.  On the ARR list, Kerr Consulting was No. 5;  ADSS Global, the largest Sage-only VAR was No. 15. One thing that is consistent in Sage channel awards—the list is heavy with construction VARs. In the cloud sales rankings, No. 4 through No 10 are Construction VARs, in descending order; CPA Technology; Bangert Computer Systems, EOS Group, Tag Management, Aaronson; Digitek Soutions; and Techware. Construction VARS were also doing well in ARR with United Solutions Group, No., 7; Accordant Co., No. 8: Aktion Associates, No. 10; and Alliance Solution Group, No. 11. Bangert, No. 9, was the only construction reseller on both lists.
