QUISITIVE ISSUES SHARES IN PAST VAR DEALS Featured

Dynamics reseller Quisitive has converted $4.5 million in remaining convertible debentures that were used to pay for part of its acquisition of Menlo Technologies to 32,025,800 Common Share. The value of those shares of Toronto, Ont.-based Quisitive is about $15 million at today's exchange rates.

Quisitive also issued 5,158,731 to the owners of the Corporate Renaissance Group. Those were issued r as a performance earnout when CRG reached financial goals for 2019. Those shares are were about $2.5 million at current share prices. CRG was acquired in mid 2019 while the Menlo deal was completed this year. Quisitve has given its pro forma revenue, adding in both acquired units, at roughly $42 million.  CRG had revenue of approximately $5.8 million and EBITDA of about $2.25 million for 2018. Menlo had revenue of $19.5 million, according to information provided in its submission for Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARs for 2020.
