UNIT4 Q2 BOOKINGS UP 24 PERCENT Featured

Unit4 reported this week total bookings rose 24 percent for the second quarter ended June 30. But the only numbers given were percentages.

The software company had reported actual revenue for 2019, but not earnings. The figures that were release included a 12.5-percent rise in cloud bookings year-over-year. Cloud subscription revenue was up 14.3 percent net cloud revenue retention rose 105 percent. The organizations also reported completed more than 160 go-lives during the first half. The discerning among you will notice that a figure for change in total revenue was not included, nor any mention of how that might have been impacted by change in license revenue, which in this era, is usually a negative. Otherwise, Unit4’s press release presented quotes from happy customers, recapped the accomplishments of the last six months. And further saith not.
