Velosio has acquired Broadpoint in the second major deal in the Dynamics channel in the second half of 2020, which appears to push it over the $100 million mark in annual revenue.  The other was the purchase of AKA Enterprise Solutions in August.

Velosio, based in the Columbus, Ohio, area, was No 7 on Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARs for 2020, reporting $88 million in revenue. It most recently said it had 375 employees. Based in Bethesda, Md., Broadpoint was No. 41 on the Top 100 list with $19.2 million in revenue and 101 employees. The Velosio announcement says Broadpoint is bringing the purchaser about 50 sales, technical, and delivery resources. Broadpoint specializes in nonprofits and markets a package based on Dynamics Business Central, Broadpoint BC Fund Accounting. It also serves the manufacturing, professional services, and field service markets. Velosio sells the full range of Dynamics ERP products, along with NetSuite. Founded 19 years ago, Broadpoint was head by CEO and founder Lee Raesly, who has become an executive director of Velosio.
