Sogge joined the Dynamics 365 reseller after 20 years seven months with Microsoft. He spent several years in positions involving the management of Dynamics GP but moved into management of Dynamics Business Central in 2015. In his last position with the software company he was director of Dynamics Migration from October 2019 through November 2020. Sogge is now part of the Enavate Partner Services leadership team and is working to establish a Microsoft Dynamics GP Cloud Migration practice. In addition Jennifer Ranz and Paul Lindgren has Enavate as Ground to Cloud Program Leaders. Ranz, who spent 21 years with Great Plains and Microsoft. Microsoft acquired Great Plains in 2001. Since 2015, she was a senior program manager with Dynamics GP and then BC. Lingren first served nine months with the former Great Plains Software from May 1998 tthrough June 1999. He joined Microsoft in 1999. and returned to working with the Dynamics line as a release/project manager in 2006.
