COLUMBUS INKS TO-INCREASE SALE Featured

Columbus has agreed to sell its To-Increase software subsidiary to Gilde Buy Out Partners and the management of To-increase. The price is about $138 million.

The deal, which is expected to be completed next month, follows the abrupt August department of CEO Thomas Honoré as sales in North American continued to deteriorate. Columbus says the move is part of its Focus23 strategy, which it says is a more-focused, simplified approach, including establishing what it calls a true global operating model. The reseller said it will emphasize sales and services in the following area: Dynamics 365, Infor M3, Columbus Care (AMS & IMS), Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, Modern Workplace, Digital Commerce, and Business and Application Integration
