Before that, he spent 15 years four months with SAP Concur, primarily in sales and management positions in the U.K. In his last position, he was managing director for EMEA, SMB and Nationals from January 2018 through September 2019. Riddick came to the company via its purchase of Excel4Apps in 2018. She was managing director  for the Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific and Head of Global HR from October 2015 through 2019. She was managing director for the Middle East and Africa from October 2006 through October 2015.
