Alithya, whose year ends on March 31, had roughly $189 million in revenue for calendar 2020.  R3D serves clients through business management consulting and digital application development in insurance, finance, government services, healthcare and telecommunications.  Payment for the deal, expected to close this month, will be in 25,469,535 class A subordinate voting shares. R3D’s management services include project and project portfolio management and it also offers services in the areas of business analysis in IT service and change management, continuous improvement, strategy and governance.
