INTACCT’S REID EXITS SAGE Featured

Robert Reid, who came to Sage by its purchase of Intacct, has ended his tenure with the company. Reid retired, ending his career with the software company as chairman of the mid-market solutions group from May 2019 through this month.

He came to Sage with the acquisition in August 2017. Before that, he was president of Intacct September 2009. His picture had disappeared from the Sage leadership page last month. That had happened before 16. months ago and the explanation was--well that was 16 months  ago--and there are some who thought the chairmanship  was a bit of a caretaker role. Reid remains on two corporate boards--Roadster,  which he joined in March 2019 and Impartner Software, where he became board member in December.
