CLOUD PUSHES VISMA RESULTS  Featured

 A 33.4-percent increase cloud subscriptions and transactions led Norway-based Visma to an 18 percent-rise in revenue for the first quarter ended March 31. Cloud revenue hit approximately $309.7 million in the most recently ended period.

Visma’s total revenue reached about $593.8 million while profit before tax was about $30.2 million, 12 times the year-ago figure. The software company noted it has a new structure and gave percentage change results for the four segments that were created. The highest growth, a 60.2-percent increase in revenue, came in what it called its geographical expansion areas, Central and Eastern Europe and  Latin America. Revenue for Visma Benelux was up 29.6 percent, Visma. Custom Solutions by 15 percent and Visma Nordics by14.4 percent.
