The deal, whose terms were not disclosed, is effective August 16. Founded in October 1995, Liberty is headed by its president, Joel Schneider, who will become a partner in the accounting firm. Liberty’s offerings include ERP software selection, business process re-engineering, technology and IT security advisory services and ERP implementation support services.
