Thuy Mai, CEO of DiCentral, has become co-chief strategy officer and a member of the True Commerce executive leadership team. Todd Johnson, president and COO of TrueCommerce, is adding the title of CEO of DiCentral with John Fay continuing to serve as CEO of the combined company. The official announce,emt says the deal adds 39,000 connections to TrueCommerce’s Globe Commerce Network, bringing the total to 160,000 connections. TrueCommerce says the purchase of DiCentral brings increased API connectivity to third-party applications, an enhanced set of integrated SaaS applications and tools, iPaaS capabilities, a more extensive supply chain visibility product and an expanded geographic footprint. TrueCommerce is owned by private equity firm, Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, which acquired it from Accel-KKR in November. The latter remains a minority shareholder.
