Whitaker, who has been with Sunrise for four years, was previously a program manager. “The reason why we created a separate entity to tackle the Business Central product is because we believe that the small to mid-size market requires a different approach than what has traditionally taken place in the enterprise space both from an implementation and sales perspective,” Whitaker said about the decision to create a separate entity. He said Volt is turning away from traditional mid-market models by introducing such elements as automated implementations, pre-defined packages and base offers for different verticals.
