Mastersolve sells SugarCRM, Zendesk, and Salesforce.com in North America and the deal moves Faye into the Canadian market and expands its Midwestern presence--Mastersolve has offices in St. Louis, Mo., and Toronto, Ont. The deal represents Faye’s eleventh acquisition in the last six years. Mastersolve was cofounded in December 2015 by CEO Adrian Boerstra and COO Chris Cassity. Faye was No. 54 on Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARs for 2021 with $12.2 million with 80 employees. It also sells Sage 100 and QuickBooks and provides enhancements for ZenDesk and SugarCRM.
