Reno’s promotion to the combined titles was effective on January 1. The manufacturing software firm’s announcement described the change as part of a planned transition. Reno, who became president in January 2021, joined Strategic in 2011 as a Solutions Architect and later became SVP of solutions architecture. The firm, which is based in Rock Hill, S.C., after moving from Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Calif., in November, operates in the United States, Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom and Scandinavia and has about 120 employees. It has offices in this country in Boston, Mass, Detroit, Mich., and Indianapolis, Ind., and Redwood City, Calif.  It also an office in Thailand.
