Epicor has acquired the professional services assets of Evron Computer Systems, a Canadian managed IT services provider. Terms were not disclosed.

Based in Toronto, Evron has provided IT services for nearly 40 years. These offerings include managed IT services, consulting, implementation, customization and software development. Besides the business sold to Epicor, Evron handles Acumatica and Sage BusinessWorks and PFW, according to its website. It also markets Spire and ShipStation integration for Spire. In April 2021, Evron launched its Electronics Fund Transfer for Acumatica in Canada. In addition, it markets the Evron Royalty Management Suite.
