Insightsoftware has named Michael Sullivan as CEO. The analytics software company this week said he is replacing Jim Triandiflou, who has held the position since March 2020.

Sullivan was most recently CEO of Acquia from December 2017, until taking the new position this month. He was founder and CEO of Steelpoint Technologies in January 1992. That company was acquired by Zantaz, which was then purchase by HP Autonomy in 2007 and was with that group for four years two months He then held senior positions at HP Enterprise from May 2012 and August 2017 and stayed with the organization another six months after HP Enterprise merged with Micro Focus. The company pointed to TriandiFlou’s tenure as included 12 acquisitions of software companies and an expansion of its employee base. The company was founded in 2018 and has completed 24 acquisitions
