Moore faulted the vetting of ISVs her company had done business with and cited the need for a “better qualifying system.” Lindberg said, “Solutions in the Acumatica Marketplace are validated directly by our team and vetted on multiple levels including customer and partner review.” Acumatica, he said, “continues to evolve our standards and guidelines for ISV solutions based on community feedback and what is best for our customers.” My read is that the statement does not specifically address Moore’s experience.
