In its announcement, the construction software company said Lyandres “will lead the strategic planning, direction, innovation and overall execution of Procore’s fintech initiatives.” During the recent earnings webcast, Lyandres said, “with our expansion to a global platform company with multiple products serving multiple stakeholders, Procore was ready to start making early investments in its future opportunities around fintech.” However, the company provided no details on the direction of such investments. In addition, Procore has also hired Sarah Hodges as chief marketing officer. Lyandres, who came to Procore from Bessemer Venture Partners in 2014, has served as CFO since July 2019. Before that, he headed strategy and corporate development. Fu has been SVP of finance for the company since February 2021. He was previously with DocuSign for five years five months.
