PROCORE CEO PAY UP 30 PERCENT Featured

Compensation for Tooey Courtemanche, CEO of Procore Technologies rose 30.3 percent year-over-year for the year ended December 31, the company recently reported to the SEC this mohth.

Courtemanche received $13.9 million in 2022, compared to $10.6 million for 2021. The overwhelming portion of his 2022 compensation was $12.8 million in stock awards. CFO Paul Lyandres received a 80.8-percent increase in compensation to $8.2 million last year from $2.5 million the prior year. Lyandres will assume the position of president of Procore’s Fintech operations at the end of this month. The others whose compensation was reported were on the list of named executives for the construction software company for the first time and did not have compensation given for prior years. Joy Durling, chief data officer, was given $8.1 million in her first year on the list. Benjamin Singer, chief legal officer and secretary, was paid $3.4 million in 2022 and Steven Davis, president of product and development was given slightly less than $13 million.
