HUAWEI SWITCHES ERP IN 88 UNITS Featured

Huawei Technologies claims to have replaced its ERP systems in its 88 overseas subsidiaries in 15 hours.

The China-based company plans to replace ERP systems in more than 200 subsidiaries in two batches this year. The news was released by Chindadaily.com and refers to the implementation of Huawei’s self-developed MetaERP systems. China Daily is a portal of the English-language daily newspaper owned by the Central Propaganda Department of the Chinese Communist Party. The press release described the event as “marking another victory for the company amid prolonged United States government restrictions.” The 88 units in 75 countries was the first batch of Huawei’s branches to switch to MetaERP on May 13 with more than 1,000 employees involved. ChinaDaily.com attributed this information to Huawei's online community for its employees Xinsheng.huawei.com.
